KELLOGG ASSASSINS takes the classic Assassins game (a live-action multi-player game played in numerous college campuses worldwide) with a Kellogg twist. You are battling the rest of the school on your way to the iron throne. Avoid the dragons, the Red Wedding, White Walkers, Wildlings, Poison, Murderers, etc to stay alive. As soon as you kill your target, you get their target, and this continues until there's ONE true ruler remaining.

Check out Wikipedia page for an idea on this popular, live-action game.

*****   GAME RULES   *****

  1. As soon as you receive your target, You will have 48 hours to kill your target
    • If it has been more than 48 hours, the White Walkers will come and remove you from the game and your target will be given to your assigned assassin
  2. You kill your target by placing a sticker on the target's clothing (i.e. hair, backpack, cape, do not count).
  3. A kill is only legal if no witness sees you place the sticker. Note: They can see YOU, just not the actual placing of the sticker
  4. Defense: If you've discovered who your assassin is and you see them sneaking up on your, you may point at the assassin and yell "Treachery" to get a safe period of 5 minutes. Your assassin must clearly hear you say "Treachery" and it must have clearly been directed towards the assassin, not just to the air around you
  5. As soon as you kill your target, email kelloggredwedding@gmail.com to report the target killed ASAP. Please use the format: "Target's First Name Last Name" in the subject line. This will register your kill and ensure that the game of thrones moves along smoothly
  6. Safe Zones: Professor Offices, Classes in session (10 minutes before and 10 minutes after traditional class times), Restrooms, QSR, Kellogg events, and any Recruiting events
  7. Gamemasters: The Gamemasters (Dan Metzel, Tim Fisher and Julie Chen) will arbitrate any disputes and make sure the game is proceeding fairly. They will also send an email on the current state of play daily so you know your place on the path to the throne

Any questions please contact Dan Metzel (dmetzel2016@kellogg.northwestern.edu), Tim Fisher (tfisher2016@kellogg.northwestern.edu) or Julie Chen (jchen2016@kellogg.northwestern.edu). Be patient, ravens may take a while to reach you and the wall is far away.
